Madam Mayor, I do not see any hands that are raised, but would you like me to provide an opportunity of how members of the public may speak via Zoom. Sure. At this time, members of the public may address the City Council regarding all closed session agenda items. Public comment will be accepted by video or audio audience participation via Zoom. Public comment is limited to three minutes per speaker. If you'd like to make a comment, please raise your hand in the Zoom application and you'll be called upon when it's your time to speak. To raise your hand from a phone, press star nine. Each speaker will be notified when time has a last. most people are aware that zoom has made an update and the raise hand feature has changed however if you find that you're unable to raise your hand but you can find your reactions buttons um please you know use a reaction button um and we'll see that you're if you would like to provide public comments.
