CALL TO ORDER IN THE COUNCIL CHAMBERS AT CITY HALL, 420 LITHO STREET – 6:00 PM ▶ 📄
Mayor Jill Hoffman called the special meeting to order at 6:00 PM on May 17, 2021. The Clerk, Heidi Scoble, took roll call, confirming a quorum with Councilmembers Sobieski, Blasdeen, Cleveland Knowles, Vice Mayor Kellman, and Mayor Hoffman present ▶ 📄. Mayor Hoffman announced the agenda had one item regarding public employment to be addressed in closed session ▶ 📄. She opened and immediately closed public comment as no members of the public were present ▶ 📄. The council then adjourned to closed session.

Good evening Mayor Hoffman and council members. This meeting is being held pursuant to session three of executive order N-29-20 issued by Governor Newsom on March 17th, 2020. And all members are joining this meeting telephonically via Zoom.
