The mayor outlined three closed session items (B1, B2, B3) for litigation conferences ▶ 📄. The city clerk reported no public comment ▶ 📄. The council approved the agenda via motion and roll call vote ▶ 📄.

for existing litigation pursuant to government code section 54956.91. Sausalito Marine County Chapter of the California Homeless Union for City of Sausalito.

Item B2 is also conference of legal counsel under the same government code provision that Susan Gordon and Ebert Titus versus Caltrans and additional plaintiffs and complaints. And item B3 conference of legal counsel under same government code is Sauclida versus California affiliated risk management authorities.

I will ask the city clerk, whether there's anybody here for public comment.
