Mayor Kelman, at this time there is one hand raised and it is Shay. I will ask to unmute Shay and share the video.
00:02:07.98 Shay Hi.

I was just hoping that this session will illuminate the uh, ultimate purpose of declaring a state of emergency and what the city of Sausalito is hoping to do with said state of emergency to address issues that have arisen within the camp while hopefully staying within the bounds of the court decision by the 9th circuit court of appeals so I'm not expecting an answer directly to this but I'm really hoping that that is discussed in this meeting so we can understand the purpose of the purpose of the state of emergency and how long that might continue for.

Thank you.
